The meeting is the only one of its kind that offers a focus on apheresis medicine in both the donor and patient settings. It is the key international educational and networking event for physicians, scientists, and allied health professionals in the field of apheresis medicine.

CAAN is committed to supporting Canadian Apheresis Nurses in the pursuit of education, knowledge, and networking in the field of Apheresis. This year we have limited registration funding available to CAAN members who wish to attend ASFA.

APPLICATION FOR FUNDING:

Please submit your Resume and a short Funding Proposal Letter (300 words) including if/how you are presenting or participating and what you would hope to gain from attending.

Application criteria:

CAAN members actively practicing in apheresis

Preference will be given to CAAN members outside of the host province

Selected recipients must be ASFA members (or willing to join ASFA, for their $80 USD fee)

CAAN Board Members are eligible for funding

Applicants must submit their request to apheresisnurses@live.ca by January 20, 2025 (extended)
